Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but to ensure the smooth operation of our spa and to accommodate all of our valued clients, we kindly request adherence to the following cancellation policy:
1. No Shows: A 50% fee will be charged for appointments where clients do not show up without prior notice.
2. Cancellations: A 35% fee will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
3. Rescheduling: We understand the need to reschedule appointments. If you need to reschedule please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid incurring any fees.
4. Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please know that your treatment time may be shortened to avoid inconvenience of other clients.

We booked an 8th birthday party here for my daughter and her friends, they had so much fun. They were so patient with all of the girls. They did such a great job decorating. It was so nice not having to set up or clean up The girls talked about it all day!
